Composite cement (CEM V/A (S-P-V) 32.5 R)

Composite cement

Portland Composite Cement is produced by milling clinker, limestone and some hydraulic material and a given amount of gypsum. They are classified into two according to the amount of additives in them. Type A includes 6-20% limestone by weight and type B includes 21-35% slug by weight. Portland Composite Cement is classified into six types according to their early strength periods within 28 days: PKC 32.5, PKC 32.5R, PKC 42.5, PKC 42.5R, PKC 52.5, PKC 52.5R. This cement type is newly adopted from European standards.

A hydraulic cement obtained by milling 40-64 parts (by weight) of Portland cement clinker together with a corresponding amount (60-36 parts) of suitable additives and a certain quantity of gypsum.

It conforms to the TS EN 197-1

Used in all concrete structures, road pavements, foundations and retaining walls, water arcs, dams, wall adhesives and mortars, concrete pipes, in industrial work grounds contaminated with medium level sulfate, refineries and in general-purpose construction works where a low hydration temperature is needed.

SULFUR RESISTANT CEMENT CEM I 42.5 R SR5

SULFUR RESISTANT CEMENT   CEM I  42.5 R  SR5

A hydraulic cement produced by milling Portland cement clinker containing max 5% tricalcium aluminates together with a given quantity of gypsum.
Produced in compliance with TS 10157 standards.
Typically SDC 32,5 can be used in places where ordinary Portland cement is used. Since it has a C3A ratio less than 5% it is technically much more convenient in the areas that are subjected to higher sulfate rates such as tunnels, dam constructions, port constructions, irrigation channels, building chemicals etc. Fields of use include:
  • Shore and Port Structures
  • Off shore constructions
  • Disposed Water Facilities
  • Foundation, Bored Piles
  • Water Arcs
  • Dams
  • Underground water pipes, of concrete
  • Sulfate contaminated industrial grounds and structures
  • Refineries
  • Tunnel Shoring

PORTLAND CEMENT CEM I 52.5 N

PORTLAND CEMENT   CEM I  52.5  N

A hydraulic cement produced by milling Portland cement clinker (TS 3441) together with gypsum. It is classified as PC 42.5, and PC 52.5. "PC" is the symbol for Portland cement while the numbers 42.5, 52.5 indicate the minimum desired strength value achieved within 28 days.
Produced in compliance with TS 19 (Turkish), EN 197-1 (British) and (American) standards. The quality is also in compliance with Russian standards and the factory has the certificate enabling us to export to Russia.
It is generally used in works requiring high strength values, concrete works performed at low temperatures, precast buildings, tunnel-form applications, building chemical maunfacturing and foundations.
  • General purpose
  • All kinds of concrete structures
  • High Buildings
  • Road pavements
  • Sidewalk Concretes
  • Ground concretes
  • Buildings made up with slide-molds
  • General purpose prefabricated concrete components
