Composite cement (CEM V/A (S-P-V) 32.5 R)

Composite cement

Portland Composite Cement is produced by milling clinker, limestone and some hydraulic material and a given amount of gypsum. They are classified into two according to the amount of additives in them. Type A includes 6-20% limestone by weight and type B includes 21-35% slug by weight. Portland Composite Cement is classified into six types according to their early strength periods within 28 days: PKC 32.5, PKC 32.5R, PKC 42.5, PKC 42.5R, PKC 52.5, PKC 52.5R. This cement type is newly adopted from European standards.

A hydraulic cement obtained by milling 40-64 parts (by weight) of Portland cement clinker together with a corresponding amount (60-36 parts) of suitable additives and a certain quantity of gypsum.

It conforms to the TS EN 197-1

Used in all concrete structures, road pavements, foundations and retaining walls, water arcs, dams, wall adhesives and mortars, concrete pipes, in industrial work grounds contaminated with medium level sulfate, refineries and in general-purpose construction works where a low hydration temperature is needed.
