Payment :
According to proforma invoice %30 of advance payment for commencement of production by factory for each shipment or agreed quantity.  Remain  balance  % 70 should be paid   10 days before loading of the vessel.


Delivery :
Delivery will be after 10 days completion of the payment and will be subject to mutual aggreement.

Lay-Can :
To be advised from cement factory regarding to port availability & production Schedule of the factory.


Inspection :
Seller’s account at where house the time of loading by SGS or  equivalent.  (Seller Option).
